Positive is negative: HIV/AIDS in Papua is an ongoing in depth research project of P2I

Tanah Papua might only hold 1% of Indonesia’s population, but its HIV/AIDS levels are reported to be 15 times higher than the national average. 30 percent of all known HIV cases occur here and Papua is now considered to be facing a generalised epidemic
